Cover girl Penny Arcade is feted at the launch of issue #3 of Out There magazine, a stunning glossy magazine with a focus on international “homoculture.” The evening includes a special performance by singer/songwriter Scott Matthew, perhaps best known for penning the theme song to John Cameron Mitchell’s Shortbus.
Fittingly, proceeds from the party benefit Queer New York International, a new queer arts festival set to debut in June and the city’s first such festival with an international focus.
